Wednesday, March 3
This morning we depart via deluxe coach to the Minneapolis Airport for our non stop flight to Cancun. We will transfer by motor coach to our hotel in the beautiful Riviera Maya, south of Cancun. We check in and have a get-acquainted gathering to meet each other and familiarize ourselves with this beautiful property. All beverages and all food during your stay are included so don’t be shy about trying something new.

Thursday, March 4
Wake up to the sights and sounds of the beautiful aquamarine waters and warmth of the Caribbean. There are many activities available at the resort including biking, walking paths, billiards, windsurfing, tennis, canoeing and more. This afternoon relax by the pool or participate in the many activities organized each day.

Friday, March 5
No trip to the Yucatan would be complete without visiting the famous Maya city-state of Chichen Itza. Explore what was once the largest religious center in the Yucatan. Marvel at the magnificent archaeological site that demonstrates the impressive skills and ingenuity of the ancient Maya civilization. We return to our hotel later in the day ready to enjoy a wide range of succulent dishes at dinner.

Saturday, March 6
This morning, gather with your escort for an excursion to Cozumel. We board the ferry in Playa del Carmen for a short trip across the bay to Cozumel. Here you will enjoy the port city where many of the cruise ships dock. Bring your swimsuits if you’d like to snorkel along the beautiful coral reefs. Enjoy some time for shopping and exploring before we board the ferry back to Playa and a transfer to our hotel.

Sunday, March 7
Another beautiful day in the Caribbean is in store for us today. Perhaps you’ll want to treat yourself to a massage or spa treatment or play a round of golf. Don’t miss a stroll on the beach looking for shells.

Monday, March 8
Take in some of the optional activities available today. You may wish to explore the ecological masterpiece of Xcaret with white sand beaches and lush jungles. Here you can explore underground rivers, swim with the dolphins, watch Mayan tribal dancing and more. Shopping Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue with its unique boutiques and colorful shops fills an afternoon. A sumptuous dinner awaits us this evening followed by some lively entertainment.

Tuesday, March 9
This is our last full day in the beautiful Riviera Maya. Soak up some more sunshine, walk the beach or take a dip in the ocean. There’s activity around the pool so enjoy. This evening our group will gather together to reminisce about the experiences we’ve enjoyed during our stay.

Wednesday, March 10
This morning we say goodbye to the beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula. We board our coach for our transfer to the airport and our return flight home. Memories of this vacation will be with you a long time as you reflect on how you were pampered in the Riviera Maya.
