Sunday, September 27
Rutland, Vermont

We depart Minneapolis this morning on our flight to Boston, Massachusetts. Arriving in the early afternoon, we will be greeted by our local escort and deluxe motor coach. Today we travel to Rutland, Vermont where we overnight for the next two evenings. Dinner is included this evening at the hotel.

Monday, September 28
Rutland, Vermont

After breakfast, we board the coach for the Vermont Country Store in Rockingham where you will have a little shopping time. We continue to Bellows Falls where we board the Green Mountain Flyer for a scenic journey along the Connecticut River. We leave the train in Chester and travel to the charming town of Woodstock where you will have some free time for lunch and shopping on your own. This afternoon we travel to Plymouth, VT where we visit the Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site. (Birthplace of our 30th President) Dinner is served at the hotel this evening.

Tuesday, September 29
Lincoln, New Hampshire

This morning we begin our journey to New Hampshire. We’ll visit Quechee Gorge (Vermont’s Little Grand Canyon) before traveling into the White Mountains. We arrive at the Cannon Mountain Tram for a scenic ride to the summit where you can enjoy lunch on your own. Enjoy some free time in Woodstock, NH before checking into our Lincoln hotel for the next two evenings. This evening we board the Café Lafayette Dinner Train for a scenic journey and delicious dining experience.
Breakfast and dinner are included.

Wednesday, September 30
Lincoln, New Hampshire

After breakfast, we board the coach for Conway where we board the Conway Scenic Notch Train for a journey to Crawford Notch. We board our coach at the Notch and travel to the Cog Railway Museum at Mount Washington. You will have time for a visit to the museum and lunch on your own. Another wonderful dinner is served at a local restaurant.

Thursday, October 1
Plymouth, Massachusetts

This morning we begin our journey to Cape Cod. Before departing New Hampshire we’ll visit the Castle in the Clouds overlooking Lake Winnipesauke. We continue to Plymouth where we have a picture stop at Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II. We overnight in Plymouth for the next two evenings.
Breakfast and dinner are included.


Friday, October 2
Plymouth, Massachusetts

We begin our day with a cruise through the beautiful Hyannis Harbor. Enjoy lunch served at the Daniel Webster Inn followed by an afternoon ride on the scenic Cape Cod Central Railroad. This evening enjoy a traditional lobster dinner.
Breakfast, lunch and lobster dinner are included.


Saturday, October 3
Boston, Massachusetts

After breakfast, we depart for Boston where we will have a driving tour of “Beantown”, including the Old North Church, Boston Common, the Public Garden, “Cheers” pub and the USS Constitution, better known as “Old Ironsides”. You will have free time to explore Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall and have lunch on your own. Later this afternoon we check into our hotel for our last night of vacation.

59-31 days prior to departure: $200 plus any non-refundable deposits
30-15 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
14 days or less: no refund
