Cancellation Policy: If cancellation notice is received, in writing, by the following days, the appropriate penalty will apply:
59 - 45 days prior to departure: $250 plus any nonrefundable deposit
44 - 31 days prior to departure: 50% of vacation cost
30 - 15 days prior to departure: 75% of the vacation cost
14 days or less: no refund
